Ellie Hayes and the Himbos
November 4, 2025
Thirty-something Ellie Hayes is generally prepared for the worst—living with endometriosis will do that—but not even a decade mitigating chronic pain has prepared her for the week she’s had. At first, waking up blind in her right eye had an air of mystery about it, but learning it could be a symptom of MS had been an unwelcome shock. Ditto, that her live-in boyfriend would rather send her packing than face the prospect of another medical issue. So, when the room Ellie finds to rent ends up being in a house shared by a trio of collegiate himbos, it’s just another punch to roll with.
Grant, Alistair, and Diego are buff, beautiful, and woefully short on life skills. But type-A Ellie thinks that living with them could be the break she needs from everything else life’s thrown at her. She’ll teach them how to adult, while the himbos will help her take charge of her fitness and embrace the carefree version of herself they seem to draw out.
Bonus: Grant’s older brother Ian is the gorgeous man mountain she made out with the night she moved in. But as Ellie and Ian get closer, he feels like less of a break from real life and more like an excellent life choice. Could a real relationship be possible, or will her traitorous body be a dealbreaker once again?

Pride and Prejudice goes Burlesque in this dazzling, modern take on Austen's beloved characters.
After a betrayal derailed her interior design career, Liz Bennet found a fresh start in New York. Now an executive assistant by day and stage kitten by night, she’s discovered a second home with the performers at Meryton, Manhattan’s top-tier burlesque venue. Love’s the last thing on her mind when she locks eyes with Will Darcy across the crowded club. The spark between them is undeniable—that is, until she overhears the uptight wealth manager call her merely “tolerable.”
Bennet is determined to write Darcy off, but once their besties fall head-over-heels, they’re thrown into each other’s orbit again and again. Each encounter begins to feel more heated than the last, but is their chemistry enough to topple that terrible first impression? What’s more, when a charming newcomer arrives on the scene with accusations against Darcy, his claims leave Bennet torn. And when a sudden development leaves Meryton’s fate in jeopardy, she will have to decide who to trust in time to salvage her design dreams, her heart, and the stage she shares with her found family…
